Weather continues to create chaos across the country with heavy snow and deep freeze. But MPBCC daredevils have a different idea altogether. A T20 friendly cricket match is scheduled for Saturday 9th January 2010 at the home ground in Bushey. Match is scheduled to start at12:15pm and all the patrons are invited to join in with their families to enjoy this event.

Andy Burrows, convener of this match has confirmed MPBCC club kit to be mandatory for the players and have hinted on some minor tweaks in the match rules, which would be revealed before the start  of the match. It is also rumoured that a few snowman would take on the field alongwith MPBCC regulars and Talk Sports might cover this spectacle. This event is bound to provide lot of fun to all the spectators and players. 

Tony Nightingale, MPBCC Cricket Coach has confirmed the start of Indoor winter nets from Thursday, 14th January 2010 from 8:00pm – 9:30pm at Queens School , Aldenham  Road , Bushey ,  WD23 2TY . Junior Cricket nets (7-14  year olds) will be between 7:00pm-8:00pm at the same venue & day.
